WebGL Error Troubleshooting

There are a few steps you can follow to check for the sources of this error:

1 - Check Hardware Acceleration is on

For Edge users: In a new tab type: edge://settings/system

For Chrome users: Open a new chrome tab and type: **chrome://settings/system**

To see if check the hardware acceleration status on you device, type in chrome://gpu or edge://gpu

The following screen should look like this:

2 - Check if browser supports WebGL

To see if your browser supports WebGL, in a new tab, Type in: get.webgl.org

The following screen will you if your browser supports WebGL:

3 - Close Browser Completely. Open a new window and try the app again.
